Duties Perform on-site copier service and repair of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to conduct repairs and maintenance. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and time spent on repairs. Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Stay updated on industry trends, OEM specifications, and advancements in technology. Qualifications Proven experience as a copier service technician or in a similar role within the field of copier equipment repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with computer hardware and networking systems. Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
