Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. E&I work as mill hands know it: instruments, transmitters, control loops, VFDs, and low/medium-voltage electrical across plant systems. What you'll do: Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and control loops Troubleshoot VFDs, motor controls, and plant electrical Support controls and BMS teams on sensor networks Maintain loop sheets and calibration records Support commissioning of new plant systems What you'll bring: 3+ years E&I experience in an industrial plant Instrument calibration and loop troubleshooting depth Comfort with electrical schematics and P&IDs ISA CCST or equivalent valued Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.
