This role requires strong technical knowledge of electronics, board-level troubleshooting, soldering, and the use of diagnostic equipment to resolve hardware and configuration issues. What Youll Do Diagnose and repair electronic devices and components at the board level. Perform fault isolation, signal tracing, circuit analysis, and configuration troubleshooting. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Use through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques to complete repairs. Operate diagnostic and testing equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. Apply knowledge of electronic fundamentals, digital components, and logic circuits. Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. Support additional duties as assigned. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. What Were Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and blueprints. Experience with board-level diagnostics and repair. Proficiency using testing and diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Technical education in Electronics or a related field. A Certification and/or IPC Certification. Experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering. Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in a clean-room environment requiring ESD protection. Occasional overtime or non-standard work hours may be required based on business needs.
