Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician to join our team on an initial three-month contract assignment. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting, building, testing, and repairing electronic assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. For the right individual, this opportunity has the potential to become a full-time position. What You'll Do Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuit boards, controllers, and assemblies Perform functional testing and validation of electronic products Build and inspect wiring harnesses and cable assemblies Solder and rework through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components Diagnose electronic failures using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation Support engineering with product development, testing, and qualification activities Perform environmental testing, including temperature and vibration testing Maintain accurate manufacturing, testing, and quality documentation Follow established quality standards, work instructions, and production procedures What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Extensive experience as an Electronics Technician in a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong troubleshooting and electronic repair skills Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Comfortable using common electronic test equipment, including multimeters and oscilloscopes Experience with PCB assembly, soldering, and rework (SMT experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Why Join ECE?
