Join our dynamic legal team as a Legal Assistant specializing in Medical Subrogation & Medical Records In this vital role, you will support the efficient management of subrogation claims related to healthcare recoveries, ensuring accurate documentation, research, and communication with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and clients. Your energetic approach and keen attention to detail will help streamline processes, facilitate legal research, and contribute to successful recoveries. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise across multiple legal disciplines while supporting a collaborative and innovative environment. Duties Assist with the review and management of medical records and subrogation claims, including ongoing tracking of case status Organize and maintain case files using document management systems for efficient retrieval and compliance Perform data entry Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling inquiries from clients or external partners Paralegal experience or medical records experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Proven ability to perform detailed proofreading and transcription tasks accurately Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records efficiently Join us if you're eager to grow your legal career by supporting impactful work in medical subrogation!
