Repair Technician

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience with small engine repair, be comfortable using hand tools and a multimeter, be able to follow schematics and detailed repair instructions. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work well in both a team environment and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on small tools Use multimeters and other diagnostic tools to assess and repair electrical and mechanical issues Follow repair schematics and manuals for accurate problem-solving and efficient repairs Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Keep track of parts inventory and collaborate to order replacement parts as necessary Ensure safety protocols are followed while performing repairs Take initiative to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry best practices

Qualifications:

Previous experience in small engine, tool, equipment repair or related field preferred Ability to use a multimeter for electrical diagnostics Ability to read and follow technical schematics, repair manuals, and instructions Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality work Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills
