What You'll Do:
Execute rigorous tests using top-tier equipment measuring temperature, electricity, light, flow, pressure, strain, force, distance, time, noise, and weight Collect and analyze data to drive improvements and innovation in our products Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures and resolving factory work stoppage issues Design, develop, and build qualifying test fixtures and prototypes Fabricate, repair, and enhance mechanical and electro-mechanical setups Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with
OSHA VPP
standards Keep meticulous records in laboratory notebooks and online data logs Support customer escalations, manufacturing ramp-up, and design transfer for new products
What We're Looking For:
A two-year Associate Degree or equivalent/apprenticeship, or specialized study in mechanical and/or electrical engineering Proven ability to use drill presses, band saws, metal-working tools, and demonstrate machine shop best practices Skilled in operating test equipment and measuring tools for a variety of parameters Understanding of wiring/electrical and piping schematics, engineering drawings, and piping procedures Strong computer proficiency and experience with data acquisition systems Self-motivated, excellent communicator, top-notch team player, and a proactive problem-solver Ready to take your engineering skills to the next level?
