Direct Hire Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•4:00 PM We are currently hiring multiple experienced Electronic Security Technicians to join a growing team in the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial security installation experience who can lead technicians on-site, troubleshoot systems, and ensure projects are completed successfully and professionally. Responsibilities Lead and support a team of security technicians on commercial job sites Install, terminate, troubleshoot, and program electronic security systems Work with: Access control systems Alarm systems Video surveillance / CCTV Intercom systems Commercial security infrastructure Install and configure devices such as: Card readers Motion detectors Door contacts Glass break sensors Mag locks & electric strikes IP cameras Alarm & access control panels NVR systems and access control software Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project drawings Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior technicians Communicate project updates with project managers and coordinators Represent the company professionally at all times Travel up to 25% as needed (required) Qualifications 2-3+ years of commercial electronic security installation experience required Strong troubleshooting and installation experience with commercial security systems Ability to read blueprints and schematics Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices Experience with light conduit fabrication preferred Knowledge of locks, door hardware, and locksmith skills is a plus Must be willing and able to travel out of state when needed Preferred Experience / Certifications Experience with any of the following systems is highly preferred: Bosch Honeywell Milestone Pelco Exacq Avigilon Axis Hikvision Gallagher Isonas Software & Tools Experience using: Microsoft Word & Excel Google Suite PlanGrid Smart Sheets #IND2
