Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled production equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and support PLC, robotic, servo, and automated systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Install, maintain, and repair motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, and control systems. Work with engineers and production teams to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency. Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

Experience:

2+ years of industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical technician experience preferred. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial robotics preferred. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment is preferred. IND2
