PM Hours:

Approximately 50-60 hours/week, including overtime Position Summary Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment and plant systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, ladder logic, hydraulics, robotics, electrical/electronic systems, and welding . Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and combustion equipment. Read and troubleshoot ladder logic using Allen Bradley SLC 500, PLC-5, and ControlLogix systems. Troubleshoot manufacturing and die casting machine cells using PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics. Diagnose and modify ABB robots , including M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700 models. Perform preventive and proactive maintenance on plant equipment. Install, move, align, and repair manufacturing equipment. Perform gas and electric welding. Maintain accurate repair records and a clean, safe work area. Must Have 4+ years of related maintenance experience. Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, including SLC 500, PLC-5, and/or ControlLogix. Ability to read and troubleshoot ladder logic . Experience troubleshooting equipment using electrical and hydraulic schematics. Experience with hydraulics, robotics, and welding. Technical/vocational education, certification, or related college coursework preferred. Ability to work onsite and overtime as required. No visa sponsorship available. #
