AtWork Group is seeking an EGM Component Tech to support clients in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic gaming machine components, following technical manuals and strict safety procedures. You'll document work, track parts, and collaborate with field teams to minimize downtime. This position offers hands-on technical work, exposure to diverse operations, and the chance to build strong troubleshooting and customer service skills within a responsive, service-focused culture. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repair of EGM components and related hardware Install, configure, and recalibrate electronic and mechanical gaming machine parts Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics Document work performed, parts used, and test results in maintenance systems Follow company, client, and regulatory standards for safety and compliance Coordinate with supervisors and field technicians to prioritize service requests Maintain inventory of components, tools, and test equipment in good working order Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing fixes Required Skills Electronic troubleshooting Soldering and rework Reading schematics and wiring diagrams Use of multimeters and test equipment Mechanical assembly and disassembly Preventive maintenance Technical documentation and reporting Parts and inventory control Basic computer skills and CMMS use Safety and EHS compliance
