Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Service Technician to troubleshoot, test and repair septic systems. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and upgrades on customers systems. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and can use their expertise to identify, evaluate and solve various issues. Since you will be working in a fast-paced environment, you must be highly organized with excellent time management skills. As a Service Technician, you should know how to determine a solution quickly and perform technical maintenance on state-of-the-art manufacturing systems.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of a company's products to ensure they function properly and meet safety standards. Test the product's performance to establish its working condition. Inspect and repair all parts, including soldering wires and circuit boards. Complete preventive maintenance checks of vehicle, engine, transmission and other associated systems. Diagnose faults using tools like voltmeters, spark testers and oscilloscopes. Maintain documentation on completed service orders, such as times of arrival, required parts and time taken for repair . Find alternative parts locally or order them through the supply chain if necessary. Provide support for customers by explaining potential solutions or offering to schedule repairs. Suggest ways to reduce operating costs or increase efficiency through the use of new technologies. Monitor inventory levels for parts and report to management when stock runs low.
