We're looking for an experienced Lead Powersports Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a dealership that truly feels like family. What You'll Do As our Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers riding while helping grow and strengthen our service department.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately Lead by example through professionalism, quality workmanship, and a positive attitude Mentor and assist other technicians when needed Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate repair documentation Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines Stay current with manufacturer service procedures and technology What We're Looking For We're interested in someone who: Has previous experience as a Powersports Technician Has strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Holds Polaris and Kawasaki certifications or factory training (preferred) Is comfortable working on all makes and models Takes pride in producing high-quality work the first time Enjoys solving challenging mechanical problems Has a team-first mentality and is willing to help wherever needed Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude Has a valid driver's license Why North Bend Powersports?
