Electric Motor Shop Staff

Job Summary We are an established Pacific NW Electric Motor Repair shop, seeking motivated talent to join our dynamic team. Positions currently open for Field Service Technician, Manual Machinist, and Winder . These roles involve working with electric motors, generators, and related equipment, ensuring they are maintained, repaired, and serviced to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties may include:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electric motors and generators.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Assist in heavy lifting of equipment as required for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on industry best practices. Qualifications
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for equipment handling.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is preferred
• Background in electric motor repair
• Strong mechanical skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug screen
