We have been a trusted automotive brand in the Pacific Northwest for nearly 40 years. What We Offer Highly competitive flat-rate pay Up to a $3,000 sign-and-stay bonus, paid in stages Flexible scheduling options Tool allowance Consistent internal and customer-pay work that keeps flat-rate hours coming Opportunity for advancement Supportive management and a strong team culture Modern shop systems and clear workflow The ability to work independently without unnecessary corporate red tape What We Are Looking For A-level diagnostic ability, including electrical and driveability Proven track record of producing hours on a flat-rate pay plan Able to take a difficult repair from diagnosis to completion without hand-holding Dependable, organized and productive Willing to take on a variety of work Creative problem-solving skills Thorough documentation of inspections and repairs Ability to work well with advisors, parts and other technicians Dealership or independent repair-shop experience at an A-level required Valid driver's license and a complete set of personal tools required Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns, including the harder tickets other technicians cannot solve Perform inspections, maintenance and recommended repairs Accurately document findings, causes and corrections Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Communicate needed parts and additional repairs clearly Help maintain a clean, organized and professional shop Work with the team to keep repair orders moving and vehicles completed on time If you are an A-level technician looking for strong flat-rate pay, flexibility, advancement and a better work environment, we would like to speak with you.
