Job Description
Repair Coordinator Reliable Equipment & Service Co Inc Reliable Equipment in Warminster is looking for a full-time Repair Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Build a relationship with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service. Responsible for pricing repairs that come though the repair office (in excess of 1,000) for estimating. Identify tools, find cost for repair, determine if repair can be done in-house or through an outside vendor. Research where tools need to be serviced, that are not made by Reliable. Assign repairs to technicians during the absence of the floor supervisor. Find solutions to daily issues that arise and communicate with floor supervisor. Assist the repair staff in receiving tools for repairs when needed. Assist the Logistics department in resolving any issues that may arise during a shipment, (i.e. Verification of shipping charges). Address, resolve and update customers, sales team, and other departments with questions regarding repairs in a timely manner. Confirm tools are being shipped out or scrapped in a timely manner. Perform re-bill procedure to ensure proper credit or information is applied to any given customer account as required. Obtain authorization for customer repairs. Work with Accounts Payable and receiving to resolve any repair paperwork. Confirm with the Parts department that orders have been placed and remain active. Field technical calls and direct them to the proper technician for any issues or updates. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Must be reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as telephone manner. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required. Familiarity with tools is preferred but not required.Benefits:
