We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, testing, and maintenance of specialized respiratory protection equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our electronic components and automated assembly systems operate safely, reliably, and to exact technical specifications. Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Perform systematic root-cause analysis and troubleshooting on electronic circuits, sub-assemblies, sensors, automated production lines, and testing equipment to rapidly resolve operational issues.
Maintenance & Repair:
Repair, calibrate, test, and maintain electronic assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), wiring harnesses, and precision testing fixtures.
Testing & Inspection:
Use specialized diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers) to perform functional testing and quality verification on respirator electronic systems.
Quality & Compliance:
Maintain strict compliance with ISO and FDA regulatory guidelines, internal safety standards, and quality management protocols.
Documentation:
Accurately log maintenance activities, defect reports, component failure modes, and calibration data.
Continuous Improvement:
Work alongside Manufacturing and Electrical Engineering teams to identify recurring technical issues and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing yield and reliability.
Education:
Associate Degree Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) preferred, or equivalent hands-on technical work experience.
Experience:
24 months Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems, circuits, and machinery in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
Physical:
Standing /
Walking,Manual Dexterity Skills:
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, block diagrams, wiring layouts, and engineering documentation.,Proficiency with standard electrical diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies).
