• Key Responsibilities:

• Install fiber optic lines from utility poles to residential and commercial properties.
• Perform fiber splicing tasks following installation.
• Bury drop lines using a vibratory plow.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks and other related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working in various outdoor conditions.
• Communicate well with customers and other team members.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass drug testing and background checks.
• Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds and work extensively in outdoor environments.
• Experience in climbing/gaffing poles and operating bucket trucks is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience in the telecommunications or fiber industry is preferred .
