Field and shop-based position. Must be local to the Allentown, PA area or willing to relocate. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and U.S. passport required. $31- 35/hour (DOE), OT, travel premiums, per diem, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits, company-paid travel, training provided Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized industrial machinery at customer sites throughout North America Work alongside experienced technicians during equipment installations, startups, rebuilds, and service projects The Company 80+ year industrial equipment manufacturer serving manufacturing customers throughout North America Known for strong hands-on training, mentorship, and long-term career development, including opportunities for training in Germany Stable organization with strong employee retention, including many team members with 15-30+ years of tenure, driven by a culture that values people, long-term stability, internal growth, and sustained customer demand The Position Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain specialized industrial machinery at customer facilities throughout North America Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting while supporting equipment installations, startups, preventative maintenance, and customer training Participate in equipment rebuilds, assembly, testing, and service activities in the shop when not traveling, with training and mentorship from experienced technicians The Detail $31•35/hour (DOE), OT, travel premiums, per diem, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits, company-paid travel, training provided Extensive North American travel (average 50%, up to 75%+ during peak installation periods), including overnight and multi-week assignments; company-paid travel and daily per diem provided 3-5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing equipment, automation, electromechanical repair, millwright work, or a related field; hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, schematics, or PLC experience is a plus
Pay:
$31.00- $35.
