Job Description The LME (Limited Maintenance Electrician) Maintenance Technician maintains plant equipment at optimum efficiency, with a strong focus on CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machinery. This role combines advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities to enhance machine reliability and production performance. Technicians at Levels I-III are considered, with level and compensation aligned to experience, technical depth, and demonstrated skill.

You will:
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical equipment and control systems Work with single‑phase and three‑phase power up to 480V Execute and improve Preventative Maintenance schedules Diagnose issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems Fabricate specialty repair parts to support production machinery Interpret electrical diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation Support safe operations through proper lockout/tagout procedures Collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve issues quickly and effectively ✔️ TopMUST HAVE
Qualifications (Technician Level I) Active LME License/Card 5+ years maintaining and repairing electrical equipment (manufacturing preferred) Strong experience with Preventative Maintenance schedules Knowledge of electrical control systems , single & 3‑phase power (up to 480V) , and electrical troubleshooting Broad understanding of mechanical troubleshooting involving hydraulics, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Experience fabricating specialty repair parts for production machinery Preferred Qualifications (Technician LevelsII & III
Considered) Candidates with more of the following may qualify for higher levels and higher pay within the range: 5+ years of direct production machinery maintenance experience 3-5+ years holding an active LME Card CNC maintenance experience Extensive mechanical troubleshooting experience with hydraulics, mechanical, and pneumatic systems What's In It for You? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $79040.00- $118580.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
