Engineering Technician 8/14/26 AZAD Technology Partners - 4.0 Vancouver, WA Job Details $24.68 - $27.59 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Credit union membership Referral program Paid sick time Qualifications Computer operation Schematics Interpreting technical drawings Blueprint creation using CAD software Computer skills Full Job Description Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Enginieering Technician and support line engineering by performing CAD drafting and ProjectWise documentation maintenance of overhead conductor, fiber-optic cables, ground wire, and associated hardware. This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 1 - 2 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $24.68 and $27.59 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Aided Design (CAD), Drafting, Computer Science or a related field is preferred. 1 year of directly related work experience is required. Experience must be consistent with the specific requirements of engineering, computer science or a related field. Knowledge of engineering drafting practices. At least six (6) months of engineering technician CAD experience is required. Ability to read, understand, and analyze engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams. Ability to use computer technology in the performance of assigned engineering technician work is required. Experience using CAD software to create engineering drawings, preferably MicroStation, Excel, and/or SolidEdge Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.
