As a Maintenance Specialist, you will: Be part of a team that maintains a safe and homelike environment for students. Have previous experience with interior building maintenance and repair. Have the ability to multi-task, safely use power tools and lawn equipment is important. You work well alone or as part of a team and take pride in your work. Must be 21 years of age or older. MA License and Vehicle required High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in interior building maintenance/repair strongly preferred Ability to lift 70 lbs required Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
