  • 25.01 per hour depending on experience and education. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The available schedule for this position is: Monday
  • Friday 7am-3pm with an on-call rotation for 1 week every 6 weeks $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.
As a Maintenance Specialist, you will: Be part of a team that maintains a safe and homelike environment for students. Have previous experience with interior building maintenance and repair. Have the ability to multi-task, safely use power tools and lawn equipment is important. You work well alone or as part of a team and take pride in your work. Possess skillsets including painting, carpentry, interview building repairs (ie. holes in walls, removing/replacing doors etc) basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Learn more about

Devereux Qualifications Job Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older. MA License and Vehicle required High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in interior building maintenance/repair strongly preferred Ability to lift 70 lbs required Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
