Job Description

Human Castle is a top technical recruitment firm. Our client is an internationally respected manufacturer of large-scale high-tech industrial equipment. They seek a Service Manager who can oversee repairs and maintenance of this equipment; with a focus on automation (PLCs, HMIs). Base compensation is well into the 6-figures; plus bonus, plus profit sharing. Somer work-from-home, some local visits, 25% out of state or international travel.
Requirements:
Must have strong mechanical aptitude with electrical and automation knowledge. Must have interpersonal skills to communicate repair issues with customers. Must have experience initiating service claims and logging progress into a computer. Deep understanding of automation (PLCs and HMIs) is a huge plus. Assembly line maintenance experience a huge plus.
