Electronic Troubleshooting Technician Job Classification:

Production Supervisor/Manager:
Production Manager Responsibilities Adhere to company policies, procedures Maintain the highest standards for quality workmanship, Safety and Housekeeping Lead and manage Test and Rework departments Perform in-depth analysis of root cause of failure and provide cost impact analysis to appropriate personnel Responsible for PCBA and equipment troubleshooting and performance of troubleshooting analysis/repair. Ensure all products being tested comply with product requirement. Make changes or recommend continuous improvement to troubleshooting processes Use schematic and diagram to perform Troubleshooting, properly repair or replace electronics components. Responsible for analysis and thorough, detailed repair reports. Required Education/Experience Must have associates degree in a related technical field. Must have 5+ years of hand solder and troubleshooting of electronics manufacturing experience Thorough understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical theories (analogs and digital) Troubleshooting skills and experience down to the component level Qualified/certified IPC-A-610 and 7711/7721. Excellent problem solving, programming, and multitasking skills Ability to and experience with operating electronic test and measurement equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to work extended hours (OT) if workload requires it. May be asked to work weekends.
