What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent. Hands-on mechanical experience—vehicle mechanics, building maintenance, or similar trades are a great fit. Familiarity with electrical systems and/or pressurized gas systems. Basic computer skills and good organizational habits. A proactive, team-oriented attitude.

What You'll Do:

Learn and apply laser safety practices for operating advanced laser systems. Assist with building and assembling next-generation laser deposition machines and projects. Safely move parts and equipment using forklifts, hoists, and cranes. Support electrical and programming improvements. Contribute to the design and development of hardware, software, and fixturing. Help maintain accurate company documentation. Gain proficiency with CAD systems for assembly processes. Work with engineers and teammates across departments on special projects. Provide technical support for laser deposition machines installed at customer locations, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and machine servicing. Travel to customer locations as required to support machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and other technical service activities.
