Air compressor service experienceElectrical & Controls Diagnostics:
Reading electrical schematics to troubleshoot 3-phase high-voltage motors, motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), pressure switches, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).Fluid & Mechanical Systems Repair:
Servicing rotary screw compressors, reciprocating pumps, blowers, and vacuum systems—including changing oil, replacing separators/filters, adjusting belts, and repairing valves or seals.Air Treatment & Auxiliary Care:
Servicing refrigerated and desiccant air dryers, condensate drains, air receivers, and oil/water separators to ensure air purity.System Installation & Piping:
Setting up new compressor packages, running air lines, and balancing system pressure for optimal efficiency.Field Customer Service:
Driving to client facilities in a company service vehicle, diagnosing emergency outages on-site, and advising maintenance managers on preventative solutions.
