Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a repair shop or maintenance team and be a team-oriented person who is eager to learn and grow. The unique experience of this role is that every day presents a new challenge with different types of equipment coming through our doors. As we continue to grow, we are looking to develop our employees skills and service, while continuing the over 100-year tradition of comeraderie and workplace satisfaction. Our Ideal Candidate's Experience would be:
  • Experience testing AC and DC motors to 500 volts
  • Familiar with disassembly, repair, and diagnosing of AC and DC motors, pumps, gearboxes, and various other power transmission equipment
  • Ability to use calipers and micrometers to check for wear
  • Welding experience
  • Comfortable working indepently yet not afraid to ask questions
