Maintenance & General Repair Technician looking for a reliable, hardworking person to work alongside with me .This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who is comfortable troubleshooting and performing basic repairs in several areas.

Pay:

$15-$20 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Assist with HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting Perform general building and equipment maintenance Diagnose problems and determine appropriate repairs Use basic hand and power tools safely Assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance projects Keep work areas clean and organized Work alongside another technician and complete tasks efficiently Follow safety procedures and instructions

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Hands-on maintenance or repair experience preferred Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, and dependable Able to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions Able to work independently as well as with a partner Must be willing to learn and take on different types of maintenance work Valid driver's license preferred
