Assembly Reports to: Assembly Manager Job summary : Fabricate and assemble all components of designed projects using skilled, professional methods to produce a quality machine. Communicate and document any desired changes to Assembly Manager. Discuss suggestions for future design or process improvements to the Assembly Manager and engineering.Work Environment:

We design and manufacture custom machinery for all industries including automotive, cosmetics, injection molding, medical, etc. We work closely with our customers to help build the visions they have for their processes to ensure they maximize productivity and profitability.Pay:

Paid vacation Employer 401k match up to 6%, One week paid sick time per calendar year. Paid holidays. Summary of essential job functions Machine assembly and project lead. Use skills to assemble fixtures and machines with care and precision using supplied engineering documents. Modify any machine parts necessary to complete a proper fit and update drawings to reflect actual build. Keep Assembly Manager informed of any issues/delays that may impact project schedule. Maintain all prints/redline documents and convey to engineering departments during and after the machine build is completed. Maintain a neat and orderly work space in the assembly area. Coordinate resources assigned to your project and communicate needs to Assembly Manager. Work with Assembly Manager to implement/maintain standards and procedures. Assist Controls Engineers in the machine debug effort providing feasible solutions. Assist in all areas of the assembly area as needed to maintain project schedules. Maintain and display a positive attitude working to build other teammates. Work to maintain the overall facility as needed and directed by Assembly Manager. Travel for machine installation and on-site support of customer projects as required.Work Remotely No Job Type:
