Job Posting:
We have the following shifts available:
Schedule:
(Monday
  • Friday, 6am
  • 2:30pm (1st Shift) Thursday
  • Sunday, 6am
  • 430pm (Weekend Shift) 4days
  • 10hr Shift Sunday
  • Thursday, 10pm
  • 630am
  • (3rd Shift)
Responsibilities:
o Operate and maintain a wide variety of warehouse equipment including AutoStore ASRS, various Packsize systems, and Sealed Air units. o Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all warehouse equipment. o Troubleshoot and repair all equipment by applying electro-mechanical knowledge to problem solve. o Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets Ferguson standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. o Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to improve the capabilities of the maintenance team. o Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free. o Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements o Regular and reliable attendance o Other duties as assigned Qualifications o Mechanical aptitude. o Basic knowledge off hand tools and power tools. o Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holiday. o High attention to detail. o Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment. o Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic. o Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly. o Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Pay Range:
  • $21.81
  • $41.10
  • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
  • This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
  • Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
