Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform installation, inspection, repair, calibration and prevention activities associated with all analyzers, i.e. GC, FID, Paramagnetic, IR, Chemiluminescent, Thermal Conductive, Zirconium Oxide, and Laser Troubleshoot and repair all analyzers within HC/OC which include Siemens GC's, Siemens Oxymat 6's, Servomex (paramagnetic), ABB (IR's), Thermox (Flue Gas Analyzer), Teledyne (IR), and Analytical Specialties Inc. (TDL) Anticipate probable failures and take corrective action to ensure minimum downtime Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all associated sample systems and external hardware as necessary Work with operations and engineering on a daily basis to keep them current on repair status and possible problems Provide operational/technical training to customer's individual plant operations and maintenance teams so they are able to be primary analyzer support Field service repairs and startups Customer technical phone support service repair quotes
