Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Matrix Repair/Hard Facing specialist located in Conroe, TX. Responsibilities include repairing and applying hard-facing materials to matrix body PDC drill bits, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity.

Perform other duties as required by management Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
