What We're Looking For? Experience with fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting Knowledge of OTDR testing , bonding/grounding, and fiber documentation Ability to read and follow engineering blueprints Physical ability to bend, climb, lift (up to 80 lbs), and work in tight spaces Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and commitment to quality and safety What You'll Do Splice, terminate, and test fiber optic cables to deliver high-performance connectivity Perform OTDR testing to verify splices, identify loss points, and ensure network integrity Interpret blueprints and splice diagrams to complete projects accurately and efficiently Troubleshoot and repair fiber issues to keep customers connected Create and maintain as-built documentation and daily production reports Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals Engage with property owners and residents professionally while on site Why Join DCOMM?
