Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our Operations and Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and performing failure analyses to maximize equipment availability and yield. You will help maintain operational efficiency while receiving hands-on guidance and continuous skill development. What You'll Do In this role, you will: +
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- on critical mechanical and electrical equipment around the warehouse. +
- Collaboration
- to evaluate equipment performance, perform failure analyses, and recommend system improvements. +
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, safety policies, and technical regulations
- by preparing clear documentation for all equipment modifications and maintenance procedures. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: +
- Entry-level experience or equivalent technical training
- in mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment maintenance. +
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- , including fundamental troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques. +
- Proven ability in analytical problem-solving
- and following structured operating procedures under guidance.

Rate:
$21 per hour; compensation aligned with entry level experience + 14 paid days off (7 paid holidays plus 2 weeks paid vacation) plus sick pay.
