Pay Rate:
$42.00-$55.00 (Based on Experience and Self-Management)
Qualifications and Education:
A high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement.
Key Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E). Proficient in reading technical drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and schematics. Experience using relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office and SAP systems. Good Communication and People Skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct E&I technicians, assigning daily tasks and ensuring safe work practices. Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems used in industrial processes. Manage documentation, work orders, and equipment records while ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to support ongoing operations. Additional Requirements:
A commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance. A valid driver's license Must have a TWIC Card, Background Check and UA Strong communication and leadership abilities. Pay is based on experience, people skills and self management. Willingness to work large and small jobs, staying in the field on small jobs, and completing jobs under budget.
