Can you trace a fault from schematic to component? Do you enjoy bench work that demands precision and clear documentation? Are you energized by restoring servo performance to OEM specs? Role snapshot Diagnose, service, and rebuild servo motors and feedback assemblies Perform structured tear-downs, inspections, and reassemblies Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical failures using meters, scopes, and fixtures Validate repairs through testing and calibration to manufacturer standards Record all parts, work performed, and test outcomes with accuracy Partner with teammates to achieve turnaround commitments and throughput goals Continuously expand knowledge of emerging motor types and techniques Must-haves Demonstrated experience repairing servo motors; bench-level background preferred Strong diagnostic capability in both electrical and mechanical domains Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Hands-on experience with diagnostic instruments and test equipment Quality-first mindset with rigorous attention to detail Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced shop Technical schooling in electronics, electromechanical technology, or related Experience with motor drives, encoders, and industrial automation equipment Knowledge of testing and calibration methodologies Environment & schedule Bench repair in an in-shop setting; not a field service position Monday9 Friday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM Based in Euless, Texas Tools & technologies Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) interfaces and related test setups Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and Holidays Advancement potential in a stable, expanding company Targeted proficiencies Electrical Systems Diagnostics & Repair Brake & Suspension Systems Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Electrical / Electronic Systems Service Mechanical Systems & Component Repair
