- Servo Motor Technician - Euless, TX
- We are searching for an experienced Servo Motor Technician for our Euless, Texas location. This is a hands-on, in-shop position focused on diagnosing, repairing, and testing servo motors and related components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- What you'll do:
- Diagnose, repair, and rebuild servo motors, feedback devices, and related components Perform detailed tear-down, inspection, and reassembly of motors Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures using diagnostic equipment Test repaired units to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications Document repairs, parts used, and test results accurately Collaborate with team members to meet turnaround times and production goals Continuously build technical knowledge on new motor types and repair techniques •What we're looking for: •Proven experience repairing servo motors (bench-level experience preferred) Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Experience using diagnostic tools, meters, and testing equipment High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Technical training in electronics, electromechanical technology, or a related field Experience with motor drives, encoders, and industrial automation equipment Familiarity with testing and calibration processes •
Work Environment:
- In-shop / bench repair setting (not a field service role), hands-on, detail-oriented work with precision components
- Schedule:
- Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
