Job Description
KP Staffing Garland is now hiring Electronics technicians in Forney, Texas! Job Summary The Electronics technician will support the maintenance and operation of robotic and automated equipment within an advanced manufacturing environment. This role helps maintain equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, routine operation support, and accurate maintenance documentation. Pay $28-37 per hour Shift 1st shift: 6 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m., Monday
- Thursday 2nd shift: 4 p.m.
- 2:30 a.m., Monday
- Thursday Duties Perform preventive maintenance on robotic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems Support equipment startups, recoveries, and routine operation of automated lines Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures Use the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system to record maintenance activities Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to learn diagnostics and controls fundamentals Maintain clean, organized work areas and support equipment reliability through precision and consistency Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or controls systems Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in automation or robotics Hands-on experience with hand tools, torque wrenches, or multimeters Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Willingness to learn new technology in a modern manufacturing environment Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices Effective communication and teamwork in cross-functional settings Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Garland, Texas for an in-person interview.
