About the Role Willard Brothers Auto LLC is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to join our Grapevine shop. This role is suited for a skilled technician who can perform a broad range of diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work with moderate supervision, and who is ready to grow toward A-Level responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, brake, suspension, and drivetrain systems. Use diagnostic scan tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues. Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, etc.). Accurately complete repair orders and document all work performed. Communicate with service advisors on job status, additional repairs needed, and time estimates. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Follow all shop safety protocols and OSHA guidelines. Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair techniques. Mentor entry-level technicians and interns as needed. Qualifications Own a standard set of hand tools. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable and punctual. •Pay is based on experience and paid per flag hours. ($30.00-$45.00)
