About the Position Reliable4U LLC is an established computer and electronics resale and refurbishment company in Katy, Texas. We are looking for a hands-on Computer & Electronics Technician to assist with testing, refurbishment, repair, inventory processing, and warehouse operations. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with computers and electronics, learns quickly, works efficiently, and is comfortable handling a variety of products and tasks. Responsibilities Test laptops, desktops, all-in-one computers, tablets, and other electronics Diagnose basic hardware and software issues Install and replace RAM, SSDs, batteries, and other components Install, reset, and configure Windows, drivers, and firmware Perform basic computer repairs and upgrades Test product functions and verify specifications Clean and prepare products for resale Grade product condition and identify missing or damaged components Record serial numbers and other product information as required Receive, organize, and maintain inventory Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders Prepare products for bulk and outbound shipments Maintain an organized work area Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows Basic computer troubleshooting skills Comfortable installing and removing computer components Able to learn new products and procedures Detail-oriented and accurate Able to work efficiently in a production environment Able to work independently and as part of a small team Dependable attendance and punctuality Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in computer repair, electronics refurbishment, IT equipment, inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required. Compensation $16.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills. Performance bonus opportunities may also be available based on productivity, quality, reliability, and overall job performance. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Day shift In-person position
