Responsibilities Operate laser equipment safely and effectively for treatments such as laser hair removal, skin tightening, and pigmentation correction. Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and makeup application. Conduct skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans. Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on post-treatment care and address any questions or concerns with professionalism and clarity. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like MINDBODY or similar platforms to optimize client flow. Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in laser treatments and skincare. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and skincare therapies. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Familiarity with salon software systems such as

MINDBODY

for scheduling and client management. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, waxing services (including body waxing), hair threading, tinting services, and chemical peels. Ability to perform various aesthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application. Experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare setting to promote products and services confidently. Excellent client communication skills to educate clients about treatment options like laser hair removal, skin tightening, or Botox injections. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician practices is preferred; ongoing education in laser technology is a plus.
