Friday through Monday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (4x10 Schedule) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated industrial operation. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong automation, electromechanical, robotics, and troubleshooting expertise who can serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert on the production floor. The successful candidate will diagnose complex equipment issues, mentor technicians, lead shift activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical SME for automation and engineering systems.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues involving robotics, vision systems, conveyors, shrink tunnels, and PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Perform advanced root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts across automation, controls, and mechanical systems.
  • Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians on equipment, safety, and procedures.
  • Lead daily shift huddles and serve as the primary escalation point for maintenance issues.
  • Support CMMS activities, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct quality reviews of maintenance work and identify reliability improvements.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to reduce downtime.
  • Support safety initiatives including LOTO, JSAs, and safety audits. Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • At least 1 year of automation systems or advanced troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, robotics, and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot machine faults.
  • Experience using CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with KUKA robots.
  • Experience with Cognex vision systems.
  • Siemens TIA Portal experience.
  • eMaint or any other CMMS platform experience.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Previous maintenance leadership or mentoring experience.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
