Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Technician, where your passion for motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles fuels your career! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using specialized tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports vehicles Conduct repairs including engine rebuilds, brake replacements, suspension adjustments, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical systems repair Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for assembly, disassembly, and repair tasks while adhering to safety standards Troubleshoot basic vehicle problems through inspection and testing to determine root causes and necessary repairs Maintain detailed service records, repair logs, and parts documentation to ensure accurate tracking of work performed Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance advice, and ensuring their satisfaction with services rendered Support the proper use of diagnostic equipment such as electronic testing devices and soldering tools for electrical repairs Experience Previous dealership experience or service technician background in powersports or automotive repair is highly preferred Hands-on experience with automotive engine system repair and diagnostics using advanced diagnostic tools Knowledge of electrical diagnostics, including soldering and wiring repairs specific to powersports vehicles Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, assembly, suspension systems, brake repair, and heavy lifting techniques Familiarity with motorcycle operation and all-terrain vehicle repair enhances your ability to understand customer needs and perform effective repairs Proven ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues quickly while maintaining high-quality workmanship Strong customer service skills combined with mechanic experience ensure positive interactions with clients seeking expert advice Join us as a Powersports Technician where your technical skills meet your passion for adventure!
