We have been in the industry for almost 15 years, and 60% of our staff have been here for 5+ years. This is a highly competitive and coveted position as we are a high volume medspa. On average, our technicians see 15-20 clients daily. Hourly pay will be based on experience. Commission is service based but 7.5%-10%. As a technician at Ultimate Image, you have the opportunity to make upwards of $25 to $50 an hour (this includes your hourly/commission/tip).

General Summary of Duties:

Perform a variety of services including but not limited to laser hair removal, HydraFacial, SkinPen microneedling, eMatrix sublative rejuvenation, VelaShape, UltraShape, Tattoo Removal, and VI chemical peel.

EDUCATION

Laser Hair Removal required (Professional license preferred). HydraFacial, eMatrix, VI Peel and SkinPen experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum two years client facing experience including but not limited to laser hair removal, HydraFacial, etc. One year customer service experience in an office setting.

Performance Requirements:

Knowledge:

Knowledge of medspa services or willingness to learn. Knowledge of sales and/or retail customer service experience. Knowledge of esthetic lasers. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to communicate effectively.

Skills:

Skill in using office equipment and handling paperwork/filing adequately. Skill in handling incoming phone calls and answering questions appropriately. Skill in written and verbal communication Skill in esthetic procedures. Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures.

Abilities:

Ability to work effectively as a team member. Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands. Ability to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures. Ability to set priorities among multiple requests. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and direct the work of others. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees and the public. Ability to work with little supervision.
