In this position, you will be the face of Adore Luxe, blending clinical precision with a luxury service mindset. You will go beyond standard treatments to act as a skin health architect, guiding our very first clients through personalized journeys that enhance their natural beauty and confidence. You will be a vital part of our patient care team, specializing in advanced skin treatments and supporting our medical injectors (NPs/PAs) to ensure comprehensive results for every client.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Texas esthetician license and laser/facial/peel/microneedling certification with a minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic and laser treatments You will provide a range of medical and cosmetic skincare and laser services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and care
Bilingual:
Fluent in both English and Spanish to cater to our diverse clientele
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Skin Treatments:
Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, and laser therapies in accordance with Texas licensure and safety protocols.
Advanced Dermal Infusion:
Perform signature HydraFacial and DiamondGlow treatments, utilizing vacuum technology to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and infuse medical-grade serums.
Non-Invasive Body Contouring:
Operate Emsculpt technology to assist patients in achieving muscle toning and body-shaping goals through high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy.
Light-Based Therapies:
Deliver IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments to address sun damage, rosacea, and skin rejuvenation (under physician delegation).
Clinical Support:
Partner with our medical injectors by performing comprehensive skin consultations and assisting with patient preparation for Botox and fillers and managing follow-up care.
Customized Care Plans:
Work with patients to understand their goals and develop realistic, effective long-term skincare and post-treatment recovery routines.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean, sterile work environment and ensure all patient records are accurately documented in our EHR system following HIPAA guidelines.
Professional Development:
Stay current on new aesthetic technologies, products, and safety protocols through ongoing training. This candidate should be a team player, independent, hardworking and be capable of treating medical skin conditions as well as perform relaxing aesthetic treatments All staff are required to work alternate weekends.
What We Are Looking For:
