Job Description

We are a quality-focused residential service company looking for an elite, seasoned Lead Pool Repair Technician to head up our equipment diagnostics and repair division. We pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time—no cutting corners, no patchwork. This is a year-round, high-paying position with a stable schedule.
The Dealbreaker Requirements Please Note:
This is a high-level repair position, not a routine cleaning route. You must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Active Texas RAIL License:
Must hold a valid Residential Appliance Installer License from the TDLR. If you cannot legally perform load-side electrical work on pumps, heaters, and automation to National Electrical Code, please do not apply.
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on mechanical pool and spa repair experience.
Clean Driving Record:
Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean record to operate a company vehicle. Core Responsibilities & Skill Requirements You will be responsible for diagnosing, quoting, and executing advanced repairs for high-end residential properties across The Woodlands , Spring , and Conroe . You must have extensive, independent knowledge of:
Equipment & Diagnostics:
Troubleshooting and replacing variable-speed pumps, motors, filtration systems, and electronic control systems.
Heaters & Heat Pumps:
Expert diagnostic and repair capabilities for major gas heater brands (Pentair, Jandy, Hayward).
Electrical & Lighting:
Rewiring time clocks, installing salt cells, upgrading automation systems, and replacing underwater LED lighting systems safely and to code.
Plumbing & Hydraulics:
Advanced PVC plumbing, valve replacement, and identifying flow restrictions.
Structural & Aesthetic Maintenance:
Performing structural acid washes, surface stain treatments, and minor tile/mastic repair work.
Bonus Points Fountain Experience:
Deep knowledge of fountain plumbing, standalone auto-fills, and specialized architectural water feature mechanics is a massive plus.
