No prior medical or clinical experience required — full training provided About the Role We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cognitive Testing Technician. In this role, you'll be trained to administer non-invasive EEG-based cognitive assessments to patients using specialized equipment and software. No clinical background or certification is required — we provide complete hands-on training and all necessary equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the healthcare / diagnostics field, or for a reliable multitasker who enjoys working directly with people. This position starts part-time with the potential to scale into a full-time role as our testing volume grows. What You'll Do Prepare patients for EEG-based cognitive testing sessions, explaining the process in a clear, friendly manner Set up and operate EEG testing equipment according to protocol (full training provided) Ensure accurate data capture and proper documentation for each session Maintain and care for testing equipment between sessions Coordinate scheduling and follow simple intake/checklist procedures Travel occasionally to partner facilities that utilize our testing software (mileage/travel details discussed during interview) What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working directly with patients Comfortable following structured, step-by-step procedures Basic computer/tablet comfort (using software to run and record tests) Strong attention to detail Good communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a background check Prior medical, caregiving, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Complete paid training — no experience necessary All equipment provided Flexible part-time schedule with a clear path to full-time hours Opportunity to grow with an expanding diagnostics program Hands-on experience in a growing healthcare technology field How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your availability.
