Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Texarkana, TX. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional with strong electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment experience who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing systems. The Electrical Technician will support the setup, assembly, calibration, operation, and maintenance of production machinery and related systems in a safety-focused manufacturing environment. The work environment emphasizes safety, training, procedural excellence, and collaboration with supervisors and team members to keep equipment operating efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities Set up, assemble, integrate, test, calibrate, and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and computer-based technologies. Read and interpret electrical drawings, standard operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation to complete work accurately and safely. Monitor production processes, inspect finished products, troubleshoot equipment issues, and make adjustments to support quality, productivity, and customer specifications. Maintain production logs, measure and record operating data, support documentation updates, and participate in preventive maintenance, shutdowns, and system upgrades. Train and mentor team members on task-specific procedures, equipment functionality, safety protocols, and proper operating practices. Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
