About the Role We are rapidly expanding and seeking an Advanced Technology Specialist based in East Texas. In this role, you will deliver industry-leading service and support for automation technologies used in poultry hatcheries. You'll be part of a high-impact service team focused on maintenance, training, performance auditing, and new technology support. If you're experienced with industrial automation, robotics, and customer support, we'd love to hear from you—even if you don't meet every qualification. What You'll Do Deliver Best-in-Class Service for hatchery automation equipment throughout the Southeast U.S. Perform predictive, preventive, and reliability maintenance per schedules to ensure equipment is running to specification Execute advanced troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of mechanical and automated systems Conduct on-site Automation Performance Audits to improve both equipment and personnel efficiency Plan and lead technical training sessions for internal teams and customers, focused on safe operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance Communicate clearly through detailed service reports and weekly team calls Support the installation and launch of new automation technologies Assist in the development of service programs for emerging technologies What You'll Need Technical degree or certification in Electrical Systems, Automation, Robotics, or a related field Experience reading schematics and working with PLC systems (e.g., Allen Bradley, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Siemens) Hands-on experience with robotics systems (Fanuc or ABB preferred) 3+ years of relevant field service or automation industry experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable working with all levels of customer organizations Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60-80% within the U.S. Physical Requirements Work in live production environments with exposure to heat, humidity, and occasional hazards Lift and carry over 50 pounds Available for on-call support as needed
